Unsurpassed Facility & Location Advantages

Electrical PowerElectrical Power

• Our storage facility boasts a new diesel generator that can provide 150% of our power needs for up three days on one tank of diesel fuel.

Emergency Broadcast System logo• We are located adjacent to a major airport, two television stations and two radio stations, all of which are part of the Emergency Broadcast System, virtually ensuring that we will never be subject to a selective power outage.

Security Systems

PBMMI facility• The exterior of the building is protected by a central-station alarm system which, when coupled with the access control system that regulates access to the material storage areas, provides a very high level of security.

Freezer Monitoring

PBMMI freezer monitoring• Each freezer temperature is monitored and recorded 24/7. Temperature information is encrypted and stored on our servers. Temperature monitoring is in compliance with 21 CFR, Part 11.

Central Temperature Monitoring

PBMMI Facility• The central temperature monitoring system alerts numerous individuals within seconds of when the temperature in a freezer moves outside the established parameters. We maintain “at temperature” back-up units for immediate material transfer in the event of a freezer failure.
